Manufacturing Plant and Facilities

We’re well equipped with the latest machinery, dedicated QC Lab with all modern Facilities and qualified QA & technical staff, having huge capacities to manufacture Tablets, Capsules, Liquid-Orals, Creams/Ointments/Gel, Dry Powder for Suspension, and Dry powder Injectables.

The Formulation Plants are located at BHEL Ancillary Estate, Ranipur, Haridwar (Uttarakhand), India. Haridwar, manufacturing wide range at:

• Plant 1: Separate premises to manufacture Non Beta Lactam Formulations.
• Plant 2: A dedicated facility equipped to Manufacture Beta Lactam Preparations.

R & D (Research & Development)

Established In-House Formulation Research & Development Center in the year 2004 & continually developing products for ROW Markets for our esteemed clients and offering dossiers.

To meet the requirements of registrations in different countries, a classified and efficient team will maintain the necessary data of every Product Batch including Stability Data, Method Validations, Process Validations etc as per rich guidelines; the team is very efficient in meeting the requirements of documentations like dossier preparation for registration of the product across the globe.

Quality

With the objective to provide always safe product, Quality Control department works consistently with accurate analytical methods. The laboratory is well equipped with modern & sophisticated instruments like UPLC, HPLC with auto-sampler, FTIR, TOC & dissolution apparatus for bioequivalence studies. The laboratory conducts Stability Studies as per current ICH guidelines.
